Portia Evans, 58, of Greenbrier, Arkansas, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022. She was born February 16, 1964, in Fairfield, California, to Edwin and Barbara Oliver.
Portia was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother; Boobie Oliver.
Portia is survived by her daughter, Brooke (Luke) Jones; her son, Dylan Troutman; two grandchildren, Makayla and Vaden Jones; and brothers, Jimmy (Tammy) Oliver and Tim (Jennifer) Oliver, and a host of other family and friends.

I'm am so sad to hear that Dee Dee has passed. We lived in the same neighborhood in Gravel Ridge during our teen years and she dated my older brother, Remy. Dee Dee had this big personality and was always so much fun. Eventually, we lost touch but connected again through FB a few years ago. We talked some and always promised we'd get together soon. I hate that never happened. Rest in Peace, my friend. You will not be forgotten.
