Rebecca "Becky" Lynn Buchanan was a caring mom, a loving daughter, grandmother, an amazing sister and friend. Becky left this world suddenly on 02/25/2022 at the age of 47.
She was born to Joe and Delores Taylor on December 7, 1974, in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Becky was a graduate of Sheridan High and later pursued her education in Child Development.
Becky loved working with kids and spent most of her adult life in childcare. Becky made many long lasting relationships with families who entrusted her with the care of their children. The kids she kept, became her kids. Their families became her family. Becky loved anything she could take apart and fix back up. She loved her daily television shows, watching the Dallas Cowboys and cheering on the Razorbacks.
Becky is preceded in death by her daughter Kaitlyn Elizabeth Garrett, her father Joe Taylor and granddaughter Kingsley Hunt. Becky is survived by her mother, Delores Taylor of Redfield, her daughter, Ashlin (Justin) Calametti), grandson Kyson Calametti of Mobile, Alabama, daughter Taylor Hunt and granddaughter Iyla Hunt of Conway, AR, sisters Donna (Tony) Fagan of Hensley, AR and sister Mary (Brent) of Redfield, AR. Becky was adored by her nieces Lilly Pifer, Kirsten (Nick) Peach and nephews Billy Hardwick and Todd Pifer.

She and I worked together in law while she was pursuing her child care certification - no matter what she did, she gave it 100% all the time. She was a great friend and adored her children and grandchildren - and, she always rooted for the Cowboys with me. I’m going to miss you, Rebecca - my sincerest condolences.
