Elzie L. Moffitt, 92 of Searcy, Arkansas has been re-united with his wife of 67 years February 22, 2022. He was born November 26, 1929 to the late Jessie L. Moffitt and Bessie J. (Clay) Moffitt in Searcy, Arkansas. He was loved greatly by his family and friends.
He is survived by his son Timmy (Michele) Moffitt; daughter Pamela (Andy) Roberson; grandchildren Cody (Allison) Roberson, Dustin (Sarah) Moffitt, and Aaron Moffitt (Kelsey); great grandchild Layton Roberson; two sisters Mary (Roger) Harris and Orean Taylor and a host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four brother's Arthur ''Doc'', Melvin ''Mutt'', Clayton and Jewel Moffitt, two sisters Elosie Towsend and infant sister Lucille Moffitt.
Elizie live a long life surrounded by his family working his cows, bird and deer hunting with them also. Elzie had a strong faith in God attended church regular at Mt Hebron Baptist and even walked to church as a child. One of his greatest pleasures was going to Branson with Mary attending the shows and planned several trips around their anniversary.
A visitation will be held at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home on Friday, February 25, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church at 2:00 PM with an internment to follow at Mt. Hebron Cemetery.

Losing Uncle Elzie “OOceeâ€, as I called him when a child, is heart-breaking. He will live on in my heart and memories until my dying day. He was very special as you all know, and we are very sorry for your loss. Prayers are for God to grant you peace and comfort during this difficult time, especially while your hearts are so tender after losing your precious mother so recently.
