Steve Stephens, Karen and Rickey S. and Amanda are all appreciated and well-liked in the community.

In SOUTH SIDE and area of Damascus over a year (and longer) my Mother and myself got to meet and to TRULY like Karen -- she is a most sincere person and her family (plus Church gatherers, choir-family) knew of her spiritual ways, her talk of and CONTINUAL search and praise of her Lord and her courtesy to all of the community!

She was courteous and she was great example to anyone on how to treat and how to show loving outlook to fellow people - at the church a few did say this: "WE ALL CAN USE such a Karen TO INFLUENCE OUR LIVES."

May there be peace, in your future days, to the Stephens' family.

It’s hard to say good by to old friends that you grow up with and graduated with. I spent time talking with her at our 40 year class reunion, it was like we were back in high school. Laughing, talking and of course praising the lord. Such a sweet lady.

so sad to hear of Karen passing. we graduated high school together and lived just down the road from each other. I had not seen her in over a year but we had talked on the phone when planning our 50 yr reunion and I hate that she was unable to attend. she was always a witness for the Lord. I regret that I could not attend the service but her family will be in our prayers in this time of loss.

My wife and Karen had been friends for almost 30 yrs, watching there kids and grandkids grow up. Karen was so passionate about her love for the lord and her family. She was such a special person and I can see her in the presence of God. The song I Can Only Imagine reminds me of Karen and her talking to so many. We will miss you so much and know we will see you again. Our deepest condolences to Steve and the family.

We are deeply sorry for your loss, Steve. Karen was such a beautiful soul - so kind and warm and loving. She was so supportive of your love of tennis, coming out to watch you play, and retrieving tennis balls for us that strayed outside the court. We hope that the memories of all the wonderful times you had together bring you comfort at this time. Our hearts go out to you and your family.

Al and I are grieved by the loss of this precious woman of God. We extend our condolences of sorrow to all family members. As a former Arkansas Revival Center choir member, I remember fondly the warmth of Pastors Steve and Karen Stephens at South Side Baptist Church, not realizing later in life that Karen was the sister of a close friend. Family--Karen is healed and whole in the presence of Yeshua, standing in the Great Cloud of Witnesses in constant prayer for you all.

I am so heartbroken to hear of Karen’s passing. She was my neighbor in Vilonia for many years and we had so many good times together. The one thing I can say about her with absolute certainty was her love for the Lord and to serve him. She had a servants heart and a true passion for serving. You will be missed by so many.
