I spent only a few minutes with Melanie every time she picked up or dropped off her children at school, art, or g/t activities, but she was always smiling and friendly. I spent a lot more time with her children, from Seth's kindergarten year to Hannah's senior year. Her children reflected her love and kindness, her creativity, and the warmth of God's love for us all. She will be greatly missed, but her legacy lives on, shining their lights for all to see.
