Brenda Kay Warhurst, 78, of Osceola passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021. She was born on October 1, 1943 in Troy, TN to Jessie James and Ola Esther Rudd. Brenda worked for The Arkansas Department of Corrections as a Business Operations Specialist for over 20 years before retiring. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Osceola. Brenda enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, shopping, cooking for family and friends, gardening, keeping up her yard and spending time with her best girl friends. She is survived by her son: Terry Mann and his longtime companion Brenda Davis; daughter: Deborah Crawford; grandchildren: Kristen (Curtis) Davis, Chase Crawford; great-grandchildren: Kylie Davis, Conner Davis, Hunter Crawford, Hayden Crawford, Harlow Crawford; brother: Al (Ann) Rudd; sister-in-law: Shirley Rudd; best girlfriends: Becky Whitaker, Cindy Gray, Linda Warhurst, Renee Hamilton and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Billy Alvin Warhurst Sr.; brothers: James and Marshall Rudd. A Visitation will be held at First Baptist Church in Osceola on Thursday, December 23, 2021 from 1:00-2:00 pm with the Funeral Service to follow at 2:00 pm.
My condolences goes out to my Dad(Terry Mann) and family. Brenda which is my grandmother was a very sweet woman. I was awarded times to spend with her and we had great times. Thank you for that.
