Dear Connie, Cathy and Tommy, I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. Violet was a very special lady, one of a kind, so sweet and always so cheerful. I never saw her without a big smile on her face and a hug waiting in her arms, in all the years of being around her at Pee Dee and being part of Woody's family. She made the best pinto beans I ever tasted, and her raisin cream pie was always requested for the big Friday night singings in the Jim Bellinger den during the 70s and 80s. So many precious memories. I know she is happy now to be reunited with her soulmate, your dad, and I know he's still making music!
