I was so sorry to hear the news of Mr. McCuiston's passing. He was a precious soul and kind to everyone. I am fortunate that I had the opportunity to know him and Lib! Love to you all and prayers for you all. Praying God will comfort you at this time.
I had the opportunity to work with Representative McCuiston when he served on the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee, and as Chairman. He was a wonderful person; always kind, considerate, and a true public servant. His leadership and wisdom was always cherished. May God comfort the McCuiston family during this time of loss.
My dad, Bobby Newman, served in the Arkansas House of Representatives with Mr. McCuiston for 30 years. They were great friends and accomplished a lot for the State of Arkansas by supporting each other and their colleagues. I was in the first grade when I met Mr. McCuiston, and today I am 60 years old. If asked to describe my dad’s and my friend, I can think of nothing better than to say, “He was a very good man - a man of character and integrity.â€
My prayers are with your family during this time of loss. â¤ï¸

The McCuiston’s were next door neighbors for quite a while. I will always remember Lloyd
playing wiffle ball in the cove with the kids- at 85 years old. Quite impressive.
Rest In Peace good friend.
Libby, I very sorry to learn the loss of your Dad. Over the years of knowing he, you, and the rest of your family I have good memories of those times.
