Veneal Holloway, 94, of Aubrey, Arkansas passed away peacefully at her home on October27, 2021. She was born September 2, 1927 to Thomas Ellis Wallace and Nora Minick Wallace.
She is survived by four sons, Johnny Holloway (Brenda), Sherman Holloway (Janie), all of Aubrey, Arkansas, Tommy Holloway (Pam), of Cottonwood Falls, Kansas, Geral Holloway (Angela), of Booneville, Arkansas, two daughters, Vivian Atchison (Kenneth), of Aubrey, Arkansas, and Jan Taylor (Gary), of Booneville, Arkansas, eleven grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren, one sister, Lois Brown (Joe), of Marion, Indiana, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John Holloway, three sisters, Billie Gideon, Delores Ferntilli, Maxine Wallace, and one brother, Rex Wallace.
She was a member of Palestine Church of Christ. She loved watching sports, gardening, fishing and sewing.
Graveside services will be held Monday, November 1, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Spring Creek Cemetery in Aubrey, Arkansas. I always enjoyed visiting with her when I happened to be with mama on her hair appointment day with Vivian!
