August 5, 1936 - October 8, 2021
Frances Ellen Lee, of Greenbrier, AR, went to be with her Lord and Savior, as he wrapped her in His arms and carried her Home on Friday October 8, 2021. She was born August 5, 1936, in Centerville, AR, to Ernest and Minnie Lawrence. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings, Doyle, Royce, Verlon, Tommy J. and Kink Lawrence, Blanche Beene, and Ivana Selby.
.
Frances is survived by her husband, Royce Lee; daughter, Saundra Bass (Timbo); sons, Jeff Lee (Lori) and Mark Lee; her grandchildren, Tyler Bass, Lindsey Berger, Cooper Lee, Macey Lee, and Seth Lee. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Frances was the youngest of eight children, she spent her childhood working in the family Café's. She was an outstanding basketball player growing up and her love of basketball never ceased. She married Royce Lee on April 3, 1953 at the old age of 16. Sixty-eight years they spent together building their lives. Frances loved her Church, family and friends. She loved to garden, can and cook, and ''What A Cook She Was!'' Frances was involved with her children and grandchildren's lives whether it be; rodeo's, basketball, volleyball or church singings. She spoiled them all. We will miss her dearly, but will see her again.
Graveside Services will be held on Monday, October 11, 2021, at 2:00p.m., at Faith Baptist Cemetery in Greenbrier.

RB, Saundra, Jeff, Mark & all of her family: “Goodbyes are not forever, they are not the end. They simply mean I’ll miss you until we meet again.†I keep telling myself these words on the loss of your loved one, & my friend - Frances. Not a week went by for the past 4 years, that I didn't talk to her a few times a week, but our friendship goes way back to the 70's. My heart & prayers are with all of you today that God will wrap His Comforting & Loving Arms around each of you today and in the future. I will miss her terribly, "until we meet again."
