Rita Jane Linn, age 67, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021 in Flippin, Arkansas.
Rita was born on June 1, 1954 to the late Loren and Audrey (Tolbert) Mitchell in St. Louis Missouri. Rita married her late husband David Linn on November 27, 1993 and they spent many happy years together. She was known as "The Queen" of Candy Crush. She loved games, going to the casino, playing scratch offs, and watching her hummingbirds. Rita was a member of the Lighthouse For Jesus Tabernacle Church; her faith was very important to her. She enjoyed being able to spend time with her kids and grandkids, she loved her family very much.
She is survived by her son Scott Lampkin and his wife Darlene of Vender, Arkansas; daughter Tammy Spence and her husband Danny of Yellville, Arkansas; siblings: Charles Mitchell, Roberta Childers, Barbra Weber, Estella Barbs, Wilda Crawford and Marilyn Nolen; grandchildren Jeremy Spence and his wife Cara of Yellville, Arkansas; Amber Moses and her husband Jake of Yellville, Arkansas and Dean Lampkin of Vender, Arkansas; great grandchildren: Ryleigh Spence, Timber Moses, Dani Jo Moses and Reagan Spence.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, August 20, 2021 at The Lighthouse For Jesus Tabernacle Church in Yellville with Bro. Karl Williams officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Interment will follow at Georges Creek Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Randy Moses, James Moses, Bud McClatchy, Christopher Trammel, Michael Wade and Robert Linn.
Services are under the direction of Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville, Arkansas.
