''Pee Wee'' Duncan, 60, of Osceola, passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021. He was born March 22, 1961 in Memphis, TN to Herman ''Blue'' and Ilean Duncan. He worked for The City of Osceola Light and Power Company, enjoyed hunting and fishing and a member of Keiser Chapel. He is survived by his wife: Nancy Duncan, son: David Mark (Rebecca) Duncan II; brother: Rick (Nancy) Duncan; sisters: Susie (Gary) Fox, Carrie Creasy and Tammy Martin. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother: Dennis Duncan. Family is requesting that masks to be worn.

Words cannot say how sad and heartbroken I am . I have great memories of us growing up . You and Dennis were jokers for sure and mischievous for sure . I think you were allergic to water at least when it came to baths . I looked after for so long brother it seemed like I was your second mom and at times I was . We shared and talked over many of problems we were concerned about in childhood and adulthood too . I wouldn’t trade any of our memories of growing up anc the bond we shared as adults . I know you had a welcome committee at those pearly gates by our family who were so glad to see you again especially momma Dennis cause it’s been awhile . Give them a hug and continue to watch over us down here . Nancy and David along with Tammy Carrie Rick and me are hurting but we are so happy you in the arms of Our lord and Savior . I will see you all again at the gates be waiting for me until then all my love my beloved brother . Love always Susie
