Anna Marie Patterson, 28, of Wynne, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021. She was born on March 9, 1993, in Memphis, Tennessee to Jerry Patterson and Teresa Newton.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Jimmy Patterson; her maternal grandfather, Aaron Newton; and her sister, Brittany Newton. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her father, Jerry Patterson, and her mother, Teresa Newton; her son, Liam Funderburg, and her daughter, Emery Patterson; her 3 brothers, Johnny Patterson, Dalton Newton, and Dustin Newton; her sister, Kayla Patterson; her paternal grandmother, Ann Blakey, and maternal grandmother, Rosa Newton; her 2 aunts; Sonya Jones and Monica Poyner; her 3 uncles, Steven Pigg, Donnie Brewer, and Marlowe Newton; her 7 cousins: Christopher Newton, Joseph Hawthorne, Ashely Hawthorne, Brittnay Newton, Leah Moss, Aaron Newton, and Emma Poyner; plus a host of extended family and friends.
Anna had a great passion for life, and was known to be very kind and giving. She never met a stranger and enjoyed talking with others. Anna really loved being a mother, and her children were her pride and joy. In her free time, she loved to listen to music, write in her journal, and was an avid runner.
Visitation will be held at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, 201 N Pine Street, West Memphis, Arkansas, on Friday, August 6, 2021, 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM with the service immediately following.

Beautiful Anna you were a sweet part of my life being my step daughter for 5 years. This is such a heart crush thing to see this Anna was amazing person when I meet her at the gas station we became friend threw my son which loved Anna so much she always said if he was older she would marry him lol that girl always talked for hours about her baby’s she loved them baby’s more then she loved her self I remember the last time I went and got her we sat in my car while she cryied because all she wonted was her baby’s all I could do was listen and hold her she will be missed by so many u can say she never meet a stranger she always had a smile on her face even when she was hurting in the inside .
