Patricia Horton, 60, of Yellville, passed away Thursday July1, 2021 in her home with her husband by her side.
Patti was born August 6, 1960 to the late Harry and Margaret Dobies in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas in 1973 at the age of 12.
She married Paul Horton on May 28, 1978 and they lived most of their years in Yellville raising their three children. Patti is survived by her adoring husband, Paul, three children: Dustin Horton of Mountain Home, Arkansas; Brandi (Billy) Evans of Longview, Texas, and Amanda Horton of Azle, Texas; her mother Margaret Dobies of Seymour, Missouri; two sisters: Barbara (Melvin) Horton of Flippin, Arkansas; and Margaret (Ray) Heston of Seymour, Missouri. Patti's greatest joy, her grandchildren: Isaac and Jacquelyn Stewart of Longview, Texas. She had several nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
Patti is preceded in death by her father, Harry Dobies and brother William Dobies.
Patti was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her husband Paul. Paul called her his Angel on Earth and said she was perfect in every way. They enjoyed going for evening rides to see deer and shared a very deep love for each other. Patti loved her grandchildren and anticipated every visit and cherished every moment with them. Patti was a wonderful mother who had a deep love for her children. From frequent phone calls from Texas to daily visits with her son. Patti was a loving, dedicated daughter who thought very highly of her mother, and had numerous friends. She loved spending time at the Marion County Senior Center where she played dominoes and participated on the Wii Bowling team. Patti had a great love for the Lord and attended Real Life Church as her health would allow. Patti never met a stranger and showed kindness to everyone. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
Visitation for Patti will be 6:00 - 8:00 pm Tuesday July 6, 2021 at Roller-Burns Funeral Home Chapel.
Graveside service will be 11:00 am Wednesday July 7, 2021 at Red Hill Cemetery near Marshall, Arkansas, with Bro. Vince Daniel officiating.
Pallbearers will be Billy Evans, Isaac Stewart, Terry Horton, Duston Horton.

My condolences go out to the family. I knew Patti in high school, and she was a very nice person, and was glad to know her. She will be dearly missed.
