Deborah K. Jones, age 71, of Harrison, passed away Sunday, June 27, 2021. The daughter of James and Oneda (Frederick) Wasson, she was born September 10, 1949, in Harrison. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents.
Deborah was a member of Gaither Baptist Church. She married Larry Joe Jones on July 18, 1969, in Harrison. She enjoyed rodeos, flowers, traveling, loved Vegas trips to the NFR, gardening, and spoiling her grandkids.
Deborah is survived by her husband, Larry Joe Jones, of the home; her sons, Shane Jones of Harrison and Kelly Jones of Harrison; her brother and sister-in-law, Doug and Donna Wasson, of Harrison; her aunt, Betty Jean Mount, of Springfield, Missouri; her nieces, Bea Miller and Jamie Wasson Jones, both of Springfield, Missouri; her nephew, Allen Wasson, of Springdale, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Faith and Jacob Jones of Little Rock, Arkansas; and a host of friends.
Memorial service was Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with Reverend Jim Bryant officiating.
