Billy Gene Pannell, Sr. (Slick), 56, of Keiser, AR, passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021. He was born August 22, 1964 on Island 35 in Reverie, TN to Billy Joe and Wanda Mae Pannell. He was a member of the Full Gospel Church in Keiser, worked as grounds keeper/farmer and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife, his long time love: Pamela Carlene Pannell; sons: Billy Gene Pannell Jr. (Pennye Williams), Acee Drake Pannell; daughters: Stephanie Lynn (Danarius) Williams, Leah Ryanne Pannell (Robert Maxwell); grandchildren: Tyla, Ja'Keivia, Raeine, Justinna, Danarius, Jr.; lifetime friend: Lorie Pannell and a host of friends and family. He is preceded in death by his parents; son: Justin LeRoy Pannell; sisters: Shirley Hicks and Tammy Thomas. Visitation will be held Monday, April 5th, 1pm-2pm, at Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola, AR with the funeral to follow at 2:00 pm at Roller-Swift Funeral Home. I'm So Sorry To Hear Billy Gene Has Been Called Home. We Grew Up Together In The 70s And 80s And Had So Many Amazing Times Together. Billy Gene Was An Amazing Guy And I Was Blessed To Have Had Him As A Friend.
