Cathy Pittman Carter, 58, of Dyess, AR passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021. She was born May 21, 1962 in Chicago, IL to Herbert W. Pittman and Ola Pittman Higgins. She was a homemaker who loved her family and friends and was of the Church of God Faith. She is survived by her husband: Kenneth Carter; her son: Tommy "TaTa" Carter; sister: Shirley "DeDe" Shannon and husband John. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister: Norma Presley; brothers: Ray Pittman and Jerry Pittman; step-father: Clive Higgins. Visitation will be held on February 2, 2021 at Roller-Swift Funeral Home from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. We are following the guidelines of the Arkansas Department of Health and will only be allowing up to 100 people into the funeral home at any given time.
