James Jones Sr., 77, of Marianna, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2020 in Helena, Arkansas. He was born Friday, October 30, 1942 to Charles Jones and Amy Lois McGuire Jones.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Jeanette White Jones, of the home, one son, James "Jamie" Jones Jr. (Julie), of Moro, Arkansas; one daughter, Amy Rice-Long (Troy), of Lexa, Arkansas; two grandsons, Matthew Rice and Justin Jones, one sister, Wanda Oeser, of Denver, Colorado; mother-in-law, Marie Ramsey, and a host of nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Lisa Jones and one brother, Willard Jones.
The family request memorials can be made to Arkansas Heart Association, 909 2nd Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201.
