A Celebration of the Life of ''The Welding Man'' will take place Sunday, August 11, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at ''Jackie Parker Welding Shop.'' In honor of Jackie, show up dressed for work: jeans, denim shirt, work boots, cap, and suspenders (if you have them). Please, NO ''dress clothes.'' Bring your memories, best stories and we'll share our love and respect for The LEGEND.

Jackie was such a nice man. When Ray’s Dairy Maid was open in Barton we would see him there eating. We learned from him to eat dessert first so you’ll have room for it. We are sorry to hear of his death.
