Mary Carolyn Howell, 88, of Toltec went home to Jesus on Sunday the 7th of July. She was being cared for by her loving daughter, Sonja.
She spent most of her life studying Early Childhood Education and teaching at Scott Elementary School.
She loved telling stories and visiting with former students, family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Sonja Howell; sister, Norma Graves; nephews, David Gammel, Mike Graves and nieces, Diane Hagstrom, Brenda Frensley, Lisa Robelot, Karla Brown and Susan Lockard.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Keo Cemetery in Keo, Arkansas.
Services are being handled by Roller England Funeral Home, (501) 842-3939.

She was an amazing person and so loved by many. My family has been truly blessed to have known her and have her in our lives. Rest in peace and love. We will forever miss you and love you. Our prayers are with you Sonja and we love you.
