Mr. Doyl Daniel Frasier, 84, of Weiner, passed away Friday, December 22, 2017, at his home. He was born March 7, 1933, in Weiner, to Bob and Ruby (New) Frasier.
He was a member of the Weiner Christian Church and Lion's Club. He served in the US Marine Corps. He was a graduate of the Oklahoma State Electrical Engineering School, and worked at Sandia National Laboratories and McDonnell Douglas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Howard Frasier, and one child.
He is survived by his wife, Lucy S. (Wright) Frasier; two sons, Michael R. (Donna) Frasier and Michael L. (Charity) Frasier, both of Weiner; one brother, Robert L. Frasier; three grandchildren, Melissa G. (Danial) Blanton, Amanda (Nathan) Majewski, and Michael D. Frasier, all of Weiner; and two great-grandchildren, Matthias Blanton and Corbin Blanton.
Funeral services will be 12:00pm Tuesday, December 26, at Weiner Christian Church with Rick Green officiating. There will be a visitation at the church from 11:00am until time of service. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Nathan Majewski, Danial Blanton, Gene Winters, Beara Craft, David Needham, and John Hood. Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Wofford, Jack Pace, and Roger Gebhart.
Just learned of about Doyle, so saddened, I looked forward to seeing him when I made it home to Weiner Christian Church. Sending prayers to his family.
