Richard C. Tate, 76 Memphis was born October 1, 1940 and passed away on August 5, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents Carlton and Beulah Tate along with his brother Danny Tate. Mr. Tate is survived by his wife of 43 years, Ida Dean Tate ; daughter, Katy Kretzschmar ; grandsons Robert and Chris; great grandson Ronan; one sister Martha Dianne Tate along with a sister in-law Pat Tate and many nieces and nephews.
