Barbara Doris Billings, 80, of England, Arkansas went to be with the Lord July 6, 2017. She was born in Lonoke County on October 11, 1936 to Henry Jeffery Davis and Ethel Landers Davis.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister: Gloria T. Guess. She is survived by her husband of 62 years Bob Billings; a son: Jeff Billings; a daughter: Pam Billings Lafferty; five grandchildren: Tegan Green (Joe) and Judy White (Johnny) all of England, Arron Ford (Laura) of Lone Tree, Iowa, Jennifer Pelton (Caleb) of Cabot and Casey Billings of Woodlawn, Arkansas; her brother: Bobby Davis of England along with her nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
She was a member of Southside Baptist Church in England and was the church secretary for many years. Barbara was retired from Loreal. She was a homemaker who loved to cook. She also loved and adored her family and her church family.
Services for Barbara are Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Roller England Funeral Home (501) 842-3939 at 2:30 P. M. with Bro. Robert Alberson officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 1:30 P. M. Burial will follow in Mulberry Cemetery, England, Arkansas
Billy Wayne and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the family. Barbara was one of the sweetest ladies I know . She will be missed, but heaven has gained a beautiful soul! Prayers to each of you.
So sorry to hear of Barbara's passing. Wish I had known earlier I would have love to extend my respects to the family today. What a special lady she was, always concerned for others and how they were doing. Mrs Barbara will truly be missed. Prayers for the your family.
