Barbara Faye Skaggs, 56, of England went to be with the Lord August 26, 2016. She was born in Pine Bluff on December 29, 1959, to Loyce Sowell and Lula Mae Dunn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Jackie Skaggs, a brother and a sister. She is survived by two sons: Dusten Sowell, (Savannah Black) of England and Chris Skaggs ( Lakisha) of England; eight grandchildren: Zada, Destiny, Dillon, Dakota, Ryan, Reese, Samantha and Krystina with several cousins, nieces nephews and extended family.
Barbara was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was married August 5th, 1978 in Wright, Arkansas to her husband, Jackie.
Memorial Service for Barbara will be held Tuesday, August 30th, 2016 at England Pentecostal Church of God at 1:00 P.M. Randy Sudduth will be officiating. Burial will follow service at Mulberry Cemetery.

Family, Your Mother was a wonderful person, she always had a smile and was so kind. Barbara, was a friend to my sister Sharen Tteadway, I know they are rejoicing in Heaven. May God put his comforting arms around you in this time of sorrow.
