Mary Allison Lockeby, 54 of Benton, Arkansas went to be with the Lord Friday, June 10, 2016. Mary was born January 17, 1962 in Houston, Texas.
Mary was a Baptist and the Director of Faculty Group Practice at UAMS, loved to fish, loved flowers and most of all she loved her family.
Mary is survived by her parents, Darrel and Louise Ratliff of England, Arkansas, her husband, David Lockeby; one son, Clifton Lockeby; one sister, Patty Cavenor of Benton, Arkansas; two brothers, Darrel ''Butch'' Ratliff, Jr. (Suzy) of Sherwood, Arkansas and Shawn Ratliff ( Ricci) of Whitehall, Arkansas as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
Funeral services are being handled by Roller England Funeral Home (501)-842-3939. Visitation will be 6:00 '''' 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at Roller England Funeral Home with services 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Roller England Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Mulberry Cemetery, England, Arkansas.

Mary was a great friend and colleague. Her sense of humor and quick wit always made me laugh! I enjoyed working with her and she was a great source of wisdom and played an enormous role on our Epic team!

Mary always had such a great sense of humor! It wasn't until the new implementation at work that I realized how great and how much I appreciated it! I will so miss Mary and everything she brings to the day at hand, but I'll really miss that humor and her associated laugh.

Mary was always pleasant to me whenever we ran into each other in the hallway. She would say "Hi how are you" and I thought that was always neat.
