I only briefly crossed paths with Andy for a business project but he left a lasting impression on me. My heartfelt condolences go out to the family in this difficult time.
My dear nephew, although I know you are in a better place you leave us wondering why God chose to take you to his kingdom so soon. You were a beacon of light, a ray of hope, a messenger of peace and a great disciple of Christ. I remember one of our last conversations, you were helping unload Granny's recliner. Although your were late for supper and tired from work, you took time to ask if John and I had considered coming back to church. You told me how glad you were we had came. You told me it meant a lot to you. Well dear, part those clouds and take a peep some Sunday, you may just get your wish. Rest in the arms of God!
Sandy I KNOW WE LOST TOUCH SINCE SCHOOL But I AM SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS . I WILL KEEP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY IN MY PRAYERS. GOD BLESS
I’ll never forget Andy’s sharp intellect, wit, and wisdom. I don’t recall a topic coming up to which he couldn’t contribute . . . all the while maintaining a humility and warmth that is so uncommon. In the context of business – which is how I came to know him – he was one of the good guys. 99th percentile good.

There aren’t a lot of people who can truly say that they had a lifelong impact on so many people. Andy Shaw is one of those men. Everyone who met and talked with him loved him and walked away feeling like they were his best friend. I know that I will forever be blessed that I got to have him in my life and the life of my family for as long as I did and I know heaven is a whole lot brighter even as the world is so much darker.
Sorry for your loss. Prayers for all the family.
Our sincere sympathy to all of Andy's family. We were so sorry to hear about his sickness and death. Love to all of you. 💕
Sorry for your loss
My thoughts and prayers, and that of my team, go out to Andy's Family and the teams he lead. Andy was an entrepreneur, innovator, leader in our industry, but most importantly he was a genuinely good person.
I will miss our “what If†discussions; Andy’s insight into what it takes to run multiple facilities and how to innovate to keep his teams competitive while still meeting regulations was second to none.
I lost a client, but what hurts the most is that I lost a friend.
Andy is with his Lord and Savior now, it doesn’t make it any easier on those still here, but he was a man of great faith who did his best to live his life in faith. RIP
Sandy and Jack, I am so sorry to learn of Andy’s passing! Praying for you all and may God give you comfort. Sylvia Hardin Childers

I'm so sorry for your loss
Hey Andy, it's been a while since we have had a chance to talk and will miss the times we did very much. We sure did have a lot of fun in the summers trading baseball cards, fishing, camping, going to the Beebe with Uncle El, helping Ma in the garden, teaming up the horses with Pa, and borrowing them Dr. Peppers from the metal works soda machine, Go Kart rides and so much more.
To the entire Shaw Family, my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time of remembering Andy's kind and loving nature for being a really great friend. God Bless you all and hope to see you all soon. Tyler
All of us at Heifer are sorry to lose Andy. He’s too you to go and had such a lot left to do in life to build his dream. I have always enjoyed Andy’s gentle strength, his care and commitment and entrepreneurial energy. The first time I had lunch with him, his passion drew me in and left me wanting to support him and see him achieve his goals. He was a great leader and he leaves a big hole. My best wishes and prayer for all those Andy loved and cared about.
