Belinda Southerland Turner, 61, of Batesville passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
She was born May 7, 1963 in Heber Springs to Chester and Mary Lou (Bell) Southerland.
Belinda was a great mom who fought a hard battle. She worked for 30 years as a housing manager for mental health clients. She was strong willed, caring, and loving. Belinda was a full blown daddy's girl who loved her family and never met a stranger. She enjoyed traveling, attending her grandkids ballgames, and going to the Dirt Track races and NASCAR races.
Survivors include her mother, Mary Lou Southerland, of Concord; son, Jordan Turner (Jessie) of Batesville; god-son, McCoy Bramblett (Ashley) of Sulphur Rock; mother-in-law, Shirley Turner; eight grandchildren, Kayden Sarracino, Drake Turner, Maverick Turner, Josh Bramblett, Matthew Bramblett, Madden Landers, Knox Landers, Remi Landers, and her life-long friend, Melissa Anderson.
She is preceded in death by her father, her husband, Nathan Turner, and her father-in-law, Kenny Turner.
Pallbearers are Jordan Turner, McCoy Bramblett, Kayden Sarracino, Alan Cockrill, Mike Skinner, and Jared Landers. Honorary pallbearers are Bruce Southerland, Donald Southerland, Joe Don Reynolds, and Travis Ashley.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 10:00am at Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist church with Scott Jones and Dennis Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Wood Cemetery.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, April 8, 2025 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home in Batesville.
