In loving memory of Mrs. Gardenia Workman
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Gardenia Workman who left us on March 4, 2025 at the age of 52. Born on August 13, 1972, she touched the lives of everyone she encountered with her kindness, warmth and unwavering love. She was a devoted and loving wife to Thaddeus Workman, her soulmate and partner in life. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with cherished memories and deep affection.
Gardenia was a proud mother to Kimberly, Jacob and Maria; they were her greatest joy. Her love for her children was boundless and she nurtured them with tenderness, care and endless support. As a grandmother to six, her heart swelled with pride and joy at the sight of her grandchildren, who brought immeasurable happiness into her life. Beyond her immediate family, her love extended to her nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends, all of whom she treated with the same care and devotion she gave her own children. She was a constant source of comfort, offering a listening ear, words of encouragement and love without condition. She was also a loving and supportive sister to her brother, Tony. Their sibling bond was an unbreakable connection. Her love for Tony was a guiding force in his life and the support they offered each other was a testament to the strength of their relationship.
Gardenia is now reunited with her beloved grandparents, Nelly and Carl Bramblett and her dear parents, Martha and Dwain Moore, who welcomed her with open arms. Though she is no longer with us, she will never be forgotten and the love she gave will continue to inspire us all.
Gardenia found deep connections in the Moose Lodge, where she made lifelong friends and formed bonds that brought her great joy. Her laughter and spirit were contagious and she had a way of making everyone feel like they mattered. Whether caring for a loved one, sharing a laugh, or simply offering her quiet support, she had a gift for making people feel seen and cherished. Her life was a testament to the power of love, kindness and family. She gave so much of herself to those around her and her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her absence leaves a hole in our lives, but her memory will live forever bringing us great comfort.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Roller Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Baxter Memorial Gardens.
