Victoria Kay (Brooks) Kellar Latham, 79, of Ozark, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 in Ozark. She was born on May 13, 1945 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to her parents, Clyde W. Brooks and Victoria Ellen (Ward) Brooks Larison.
Victoria was a retired cook having worked several years at the Subiaco Abbey and Academy. In her younger years she enjoyed playing softball, coaching her daughter in softball, following her sons sporting events and was always part of a local bowling league. When she was not working you could always find her in the kitchen cooking for her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, Glen ''Hoss'' Kellar and James Latham; one son, Dickie Kellar; two brothers, Donald Brooks and William Ted Brooks and her son in law, Billy Don McDaniel.
She is survived by one daughter, Kathy McDaniel of Ozark; two sons, John Opperman and wife, Carol of Paris and Jason Kellar and wife, Char of Paris; one sister, Suzy Koehler and husband, Steve of Council Bluffs, Iowa; two sisters in law, Joyce Brooks of Paris and Mary Brooks of Greenwood; one step brother, Charlie Larison of Clarksville; six grandchildren, Chaz Grist, B.J. McDaniel, Megan McDaniel, Taryn Boydston, Destin Davis and Myles Kellar; seven great grandchildren, Lexi Wilson, Hunter Rhineheart, Cayden McDaniel, Paeton McDaniel, Jaxn McDaniel, Wesley Boydston and Bella Boydston and one great-great grandchild, Adonis Wilson.
A Celebration of Life be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025 at The Dig Restaurant in Paris. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Arkansas Children's Hospital.
