Kcolisha Sherrie Batiste, 50 of Conway, Arkansas went to be with our Lord and Savior, December 22,2024. Born January 9,1974 to Earl Miller and Judy Ann Randolph in New Orleans, Louisiana she is proceeded in death by her father Earl Sr., mother Judy Ann and two elder brothers Arthur "Peter" and Earl Jr.and Arthur Peter Jr.
Kcolisha "Coke Cola" or "Coka" a childhood name given to her by family members was a sweet sometimes mischievous child, because she was the youngest of 4 siblings Arthur Peter, Ronata, Earl Jr.and knew us older kids would get in trouble if we did not pay attention to her kept us on our toes growing up as kids in New Orleans. Kcolisha was a free spirit as a young woman, she did what she wanted to do, my mother, sometimes did not know how to tame that spirit. She left home at 16 years old when she met her husband Kenneth "Wayne"Batiste they had two sons Kenneth "Lil Wayne " and Kevin. She left Lousiana briefly for California to be with her sister Ronata and brother Peter. Kcoilisha and Wayne later married in New Orleans they welcomed identical twins Monay and Jonay then Lil Ronata and Keyion "Isaiah". In 2005 Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans, which is how the family landed in Arkansas. The free spirit that she was, then returned to California, then Missouri, Illinois and finally Conway, Arkansas. She was a good cook, and she could dance. She could do all the latest dance moves which always made you laugh. She was a loving and devoted mother. She was very friendly, could meet and talk anyone no matter where she was a trait she inherited from her mother a sweet soul who will be missed.
Kcolisha leaves behind her estranged husband Kenneth six children Kenneth Jr., Kevin, Monay,Jonay Ronata and Keyion her older sister Ronata nephews Terrel, Torrin and Damion, neices Derrione and T' keyah grandkids Kyrell, Jaden, Khalil and Kaleb grandnieces and nephews Elliana, Ezekiel, Emmanuel and Eliza and long with a host of cousins, and in-laws
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway at 12:00PM. Visitation will begin at 10:00AM prior to the service.
