It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Reva Joyce (Meek) Blalock, 77, of Conway, AR on December 24, 2024. Though we were not ready, the Lord decided that it was time to call her home.

Reva was born on October 1, 1947 in Wichita Falls, Texas to the late Abraham Lincoln and Ruby Lee (Shepherd) Meek. This is where she met the love of her life, Kenny Blalock. They moved to Jacksonville, AR and began a beautiful life that ended in Conway. They had celebrated almost 60 years of marriage, when he passed away in July of 2023. Reva and Kenny made a great team through all their adventures from raising their three children to partners in businesses in rental properties, motorcycles, bicycles, planes, to loving those grandbabies. Reva had a few loves of her own, which included her green thumb with flowers, creating stained glass masterpieces, painting ceramics, bowling on the women's Monday bowling league and her love for shopping.

Reva was always ''Classy'' from her captivating smile to her signature icing pink accessories and impeccably styled nails. She taught us all what it meant to be loyal and how to not be ''Tacky''. Christmas was one of her most cherished times of the year with decorations illuminating every room of her house and all her family gathered together with anticipation to play her dirty Santa game. Reva's famous cornbread dressing was among the favorites, which no one had mastered. Reva will be most remembered by the way she put her family at the forefront, the kitchen table conversations that filled us with her wisdom (whether we wanted it or not) and the love she showed her children and grandchildren. They were her pride and joy, to say the least.

She was preceded in death by her three brothers; Gerald, Roy and Ray Shelton Meek.

Reva is survived by her three children: one son, Merrel Blalock of Mayflower and two daughters, Denean (Chris) Green of Mayflower and LeeAnna (Morgan) Ellis of Conway; seven grandkids, Toshua (Jacob) Thomas, Jennifer (Tim) Lee all of Mayflower, Savanah Blalock of Jacksonville, ''Lil'' Kenny Blalock of White Hall, Karlee, Madison and Cameron Frank, Coleton, Dalton and Braxton Ellis all of Conway; Four great-grandkids, Ayden and Brielle Lee, Tayton and AubriAnna Thomas all of Mayflower; One sister, Nell Hutchins of Wichita Falls, Texas and her ''Work-Out'' buddy, Dolores.

Mom, Mam-maw, Reva, will be deeply missed but forever in our hearts until we meet again!
