Cratie Maxine Treat Reves, age 89, of Leslie, Arkansas passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, December 24th, 2024. She was born in Green Forest, Arkansas on July 16th, 1935 to William Luther Treat and Eula Evelyn Rains Treat.

Cratie graduated at the age of 16 from Leslie High School. After high school she traveled to Chicago where she obtained her Cosmetology license and met Wayne Drewry whom she was married to for 23 years and had 2 sons, Tim and Mark. Cratie returned to Arkansas where she got a job at Searcy County DHS and retired after 20 years of devoted service. Cratie enjoyed spending her free time participating in community plays at the OHAC, dancing, playing music and spending time with her family and cheering on her beloved Arkansas Razorbacks.

Cratie had a beautiful singing voice which she loved to share every chance she got, especially with her church family. She was a long-standing Christian who attended the Leslie Assembly of God Church.

Cratie will be deeply missed by her son, Tim Drewry (Cathy) of Leslie; grandchildren, Jess Drewry (Carrie) of Leslie; Sarah Reid (Dion) of Marshall, Hannah Griffin (Josh) of Chimes, Kimberly Seawright of West Plains; Christen Yates (Mike) of Clarkridge and Patrick Drewry of Mountain Home and a host of great-grandchildren and extended family.

Cratie is preceded in death by her parents, William Luther and Eula Treat; son, Mark Drewry; granddaughter, Shannon; siblings, Hubert Treat, Corine Boyd and Harlie Treat and nephew, Harlie R. Treat Jr.

Cratie requested no visitation, but family will have a graveside memorial service at 10:00 AM Saturday, December 28th, 2024 at Nubbin Hill Cemetery with Bro. Cairl Baysinger officiating. Bearers include Tim Drewry, Jess Drewry, Dion Reid, Josh Griffin, Daniel Drewry and Weston Reid.
