Betty Lou Loggins

of Marshall, AR

August 13, 1944 - December 3, 2024

Betty Lou Eaton Loggins, age 80, of Marshall, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 3, 2024 at her home surrounded by her beloved family. She was born in Marshall, Arkansas on August 13th, 1944 to Roy Harrison Eaton and Ruby Faye Treadwell Eaton. Betty married the love of her life, Billy Loggins on September 3rd, 1960. They were blessed with 59 wonderful years of marriage. To this union were born 3 daughters: Teresa, Trena and Treva Kay.
Betty was born and raised in Marshall. She always thought of herself as a town girl. She loved to run the streets with her brothers and sisters. She loved working and waiting on customers at the Eaton gas station that her parents owned. In her teen years, Betty and her beloved twin sister, Karen were well known for sneaking out of the window to go meet Billy and Glen.
Her parents raised her in the Pentecostal faith and she continued that legacy with her children and grandchildren. Billy and Betty were united in marriage on September 3, 1960 and moved to Zack where she made her home until her passing. Betty loved camping and fishing. Some of her fondest memories were of the boat house on Bull Shoals, fishing with her sister, Geneva and niece, Kathy. Yearly camping trips with her husband, children and the Zack crew brought Betty pure joy and laughter.
Betty loved the Lord with all of her heart. She was a true and faithful servant of the Lord. Her greatest prayer was for her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren to know the Lord and walk in his path. Her prayers were answered when each of her family members accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Her family meant everything to Betty. She loved watching her girls play ball and cheer. She never missed any of their games. That tradition carried on with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Betty left behind a great legacy that is carried on through her children and family.
Survivors include her three daughters: Teresa (Jackie) Hinchey of Chimes, Trena (Roger) Ellison of Marshall and Treva Kay (Travis) Ratchford of Lincoln; her beloved grandchildren, William (Courtney) Hinchey of Alread, Jonathan (Renee') Hinchey of Marshall, Matt (Keisha) Hinchey of Marshall, Derek (Megan) McDaniel of Anchor Point, AK, Kayla (Chris) Haley of Springdale and Erica Smithson of St. Joe; great-grandchildren, Jasper and Joely Hinchey of Alread, Jericho and Jentri Hinchey of Marshall, Jenah and Jantzen Hinchey of Marshall, Mason, Madison and Sophie McDaniel of Anchor Point, AK, Hadley and Cami Haley of Springdale; Sisters: Her beloved twin, Karen Elliott of Dongola, Roylene Pennington of Bella Vista, Sandra (Carl) Rabey of Bella Vista and brother, Roy (Bonnie) Eaton Jr of Umatilla, FL; brother- in- law, James Sanders of Hector; her loving caregivers, Trisch DePriest and Erica Smithson; two very special people in her life, Earlene Loggains Carter and Sonya Elliott Parks; her close special friends, Teresa and Doug Coombs of Rose Bud and a host of nephews, cousins and other family and friends who will mourn her passing.
