Billie Jean Franklin Foster born March 29, 1938; parents, Lillie Harmon Franklin and Kenneth Elwood Franklin. Married James Herald Foster on December 22, 1956.

Preceding Jean in death are her parents, K.E. and Lillie Franklin; sister, Winnie Gail Hill and loving husband, James "Stump Foster. Jean leaves behind to cherish her memory daughter, Lisa Gail Foster Dunning; granddaughter, Jamie Jean Reinhart; grandson, Marcus Anthony Dunning; sister, Bettie Franklin Luper of Bentonville; great grandson, Russell William Reinhart; extended family and countless friends.

Jean Foster was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She moved to Arkansas from Texas with her family, in 9th grade. At the age of 10, she was saved and baptized. Jean married her high school sweetheart and enjoyed a long, wonderful marriage. She went straight to college for early childhood education and received her masters degree from UCA in early childhood education. She loved being a teacher and then a counselor at elementary schools in Benton, AR. Jean was a long-time member of First Baptist Church and she loved the fellowship with her church family.

She enjoyed spending time baking and was a fantastic cook. Jean also loved attending book clubs and playing bunko with her friends. She was an amazing woman and will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home, 6700 Alcoa Road, Benton, Arkansas 72015.

Burial will follow the service at New Rosemont Cemetery in Benton.

Visitation will be held from 1:00pm until service time at the funeral home.
