Leslie L. Sands, 75, of Marshall, Arkansas left this world on November 17, 2024 and woke up in the arms of his loving Savior. He was born to Mr. and Mrs. Albert and Ernestine (Thomas) Sands on New Year's Eve, December 31, 1948.

Leslie enjoyed playing bingo and loved listening to gospel music. He attended Special Services Learning Center where he took pleasure learning and socializing with others. He delighted in studying the bible and had a fondness for those who would take the time to study with him. Leslie loved cats and the color red was his favorite. Going to Wal-Mart was one of his favorite pastimes, along with going out to eat and enjoying time spent with his family. Leslie was a member of Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church.

The family would like to extend gratitude to Highland Court Rehabilitation and Resident Care and give a special thanks to Leslie's many caregivers through the years for all their love and kindness.

Leslie is survived by his special cousin, Sandi and Kenny Allan of Saint Joe, Arkansas and a host of extended family and friends.

Leslie is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Oris Sands.

A Visitation was held on Monday, November 25, 2024 from 6:00PM- 8:00PM at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Interment was at Levisy Flat Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas.

Roller Crouch Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
