Kathleen Elizabeth Reynolds, 81, of Sage, AR went to her Heavenly home on September 6, 2024 surrounded by her family.

Born on December 10, 1942 in Batesville, AR, Kathleen was the beloved daughter of Remmel and Helen Carpenter. Kathleen was married to lifelong sweetheart of 64 years, Joe Don Reynolds and was the loving mother of Susan Tripp (Reynolds) and Amanda Roberts (Reynolds). Kathleen was lovingly known by her grandchildren, Maggie Beshears and Mia Roberts as "TW". She was preceded in death by her mother, "Mama Helen"; father, "Papa" and is survived by her brother, RL Carpenter; her husband; her daughters and sons in law, (Robb Roberts and Frank Tripp) and her grandchildren.

Kathleen was known for achievements as the first employee and spearhead of Entergy power plant, where she later became the HR Director and her advocacy against ageism in the workplace. She was a fiery spirited woman, who loved the Lord and her family passionately. She enjoyed working within her church, First United Methodist Church of Batesville, reading, playing the piano and supporting her granddaughters' endeavors.

Kathleen owned Resource Power Staffing Company and served on the UACCB Board of Visitors and the United Way Board. She was a take charge kind of person who loved her family. She enjoyed watching Mia in her theater productions and Maggie play softball, where she loved to voice her opinion at the refs. She also enjoyed Southern Gospel and contemporary music and reading John Grissom novels.

A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, September 13th at 10:00AM at First United Methodist Church of Batesville, with a meal to follow in the reception hall. A private graveside service will be held at a later time. Honorary pallbearers are RL Carpenter, Chris Carpenter, John Ellis, David Smith, Robb Roberts and Frank Tripp.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests monetary donations be made to First United Methodist Church of Batesville.

Kathleen "TW" Reynolds will be remembered for the lasting impact she made on every person she encountered and the resilient legacy she created.
