Mary F. Duchscher, 92, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on June 29, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Richard, who passed away on December 21, 2004 and her beloved son, Paul, who passed away on April 9, 2007. She is survived by two sons, Mark and David Duchscher; a daughter, Susan and her husband, Joe Kusler; five grandchildren, Justin, Josh and Jacob Duchscher, Kacie and Jenna Kusler and three great-grandchildren, Conner, Kylie and Kinley Duchscher.

Mary was 1 of 10 children. She was the 4th oldest. She grew up in Conway, Arkansas where she had many fond memories of growing up on a dairy farm, living in a crowded home and growing up in the tough times of the Great Depression and World War II.

She graduated high school in 1949 and pursued a nursing career, briefly exploring a religious vocation before committing to a long, dedicated career as an operating room nurse. Moving to California in 1956 with her sister, Pat, she met and married Richard on September 2, 1957, with whom she raised four children. In 2017, she moved back to Little Rock, Arkansas to be close to family.

A rosary will begin at 9:30am on Thursday, July 11, 2024 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am at Christ the King Catholic Church in Little Rock Arkansas.
