Jackie Lynn Osborne, 74 years of age, died unexpectedly Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. She was born December 13, 1949 in Memphis, Tennessee to Donald Lee Jones and Marjorie Lynn Tinsley Jones. She was the oldest of 4 children. Jackie graduated in 1967 from Shawnee High School in Joiner, Arkansas. Jackie was funny, smart, kind and always wanting to help people. She had many jobs after high school and all were jobs working in the public. She eventually became the mayor for several terms in her hometown of Joiner, Arkansas. She was known for her great smile, quick wit and charm. She found her calling when she became an Aflac agent. She was always trying to help her customers and wanted them to be taken care of to the best of her ability.

Jackie married Orion Osborne in 2014. They shared a wonderful life together. They both enjoyed bluegrass music and made many dear and lifelong friends while attending Bluegrass festivals and weekly get togethers. They spent many years traveling and enjoying life.

Jackie was of Christian faith and is now home with the Lord and her beautiful daughter, Tammy, whom she missed dearly.

Jackie is survived by her loving husband, Orion; her grandson, Ashton Heard and his wife, Mabry; a brother, Ronald Jones and his wife, Susan and 2 sisters, Donna Davis and Debbie Jones and many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins. Jackie is preceded in death by her truly loved and only daughter, Tammy Smithey Crain; her father and mother; her grandparents, George and Vivian Sanders Tinsley and Joe Myrtle Jones and her favorite uncle, Jack Tinsley.
