Amos Lee Mallard, of Lexa, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 in Des Arc, Arkansas. Amos was born Thursday, December 10, 1942 in Dyersburg, Tennessee to the late Roy Mallard and Sadie Scott.

Amos attended Lexa Baptist Church. He was a lifelong resident of Lexa, Arkansas. Amos worked for many years for American Tool Company. He served in the Vietnam War and was 14th Combat Engineers. Amos Enjoyed fishing and hunting during his free time. He was also a member of the Arkansas Bikers Aimed Towards Education for many years.

Left to cherish his memory are two sons, Aaron Mallard (Alice) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas and Neual ''Pete'' Mallard (Carmen) of North Little Rock; four grandchildren; two sisters, Carolyn Krieger of Licking, Missouri and Bessie Wooten of Lexa, Arkansas along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Amos is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Mallard for over twenty years and son, Michael ''Mickey'' Mallard.

Pallbearers will be Will Mallard, Doug Mallard, Richard Graham, Ray Williams, Scotty Mallard, Ivan Crabtree and David Mallard

A Visitation will be held Monday, June 24, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel in West Helena, AR. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Roller- Citizens Funeral in the Chapel.
