Georgia Marie Vines, age 85, of Harrison, passed away with her family by her side on Friday, May 31, 2024, at her residence. She was born March 16, 1939, in Spiro, Oklahoma, to William ''Bill'' and Bessie Parham Rutledge and grew up on the family hill surrounded by relatives including her beloved grandmother, Ollie Parham.

Georgia was known well as the Wonder Bread Store lady where she worked alongside her husband of sixty years, Charles Wayne Vines. During her later years, Georgia enjoyed as many trips as possible to Branson's entertainment and dining destinations with her ladies' group and her grandchildren. Her home reflected her love of decorating for and celebrating all holidays.

In addition to her parents and husband, Georgia was preceded in death by her older sister, Phyllis Jean Young, whom she admired her entire life.

Georgia is survived by her daughter, Charlotte Marie Vines Best, of Harrison; her grandchildren, Emily and Andrew Best; and a host of dear nieces and nephews.

Per Georgia's request for no formal funeral services, her family will host a memorial barbeque for family and friends which will feature her love for BBQ and fun later this summer at a time to be announced.
