Frank Halpain, 79, of Osceola passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2024. He was born in Blytheville on April 13, 1945 to Louis Delano and Yvone Gracie Halpain. Frank was a farmer for many years. He enjoyed outdoor activities, especially fishing and hunting. Frank is survived by his daughter, Janey Wilbanks; son-in-law, Christopher Mattox; grandchildren, Michael Halpain (Amy Wells), Christopher (Alexis) Halpain, Jessica (Jimmy) Wright and Joanie Greene; 21 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren and sister, Gladys Vasquez. He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Halpain; parents; sons, Charles Halpain and Franklin David Halpain; grandchildren, Charles Halpain Jr., David Halpain and Crystal Halpain; brothers, Albert Halpain and Charles Halpain and sisters, Rosa Tumlin and Mary Sharp.
