of Council Bluffs, IA
February 18, 1999 - April 28, 2024
Michael Olandian Anderson Jr. was born February 18, 1999 to Tamara Morgan and Michael Anderson, Sr. at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock. From his birth, he was the apple of his grandmother's (Mee Maw) eye and enjoyed spending time with her as a baby. Michael cherished his family and enjoyed spending time with his extended family at every opportunity.
Michael received his primary education in Little Rock (Arkansas) Public Schools and graduated from J.A. Fair High School in the class 2017. Michael professed his belief in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior at an early age. As a youth, Michael always enjoyed sports and played football and baseball, but most enjoyed being on a basketball team playing point guard/shooting guard.
Michael's world became a brighter place in January of 2018 when he welcomed Kuhlunei Anderson (Bunny) into the world. Michael loved Bunny and did his best to ensure she was happy. In 2021, Michael relocated to the Omaha metropolitan area to be closer to his immediate family. Michael worked several places in Omaha and most enjoyed working for H&H Chevrolet because it allowed him to express his love for cars. He was an avid video gamer and would enjoy playing NBA 2K, GTA and Call of Duty Zombies with friends and family across the nation. Michael was a lifelong ''foodie'' and would never pass up an opportunity for a homemade pound cake or his favorite meal (barbecue ribs, baked beans and macaroni and cheese). One of Michael's favorite pastimes was tinkering with his vehicles and detailing them with tires that shined brightly. Michael was a generous soul, who would give his last to his loved ones and never turn down a request for help from friends or family. Michael was so loved.
Before we were prepared to say goodbye, Michael was called into the presence of the Lord on April 28, 2024 from Council Bluffs, Iowa where he lived. Michael was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents ''Mee Maw'' Alice Faye Stanfield and ''Paw Paw'' Calvin Zeke Morgan, Sr. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Kuhlunei (Bunny); his parents, Tamara (Greg) Williams, Michael (Rochelle) Anderson Sr; his paternal grandparents, Suella and Charles Jackson, paternal step grandparents, Jerry and Diane Williams; his siblings, Lakeia, Gregory Jr., Endeia Edwards, Eleia, Kennedy, Lauryn, Jeremy and Morgan Williams. Also, on his father's side, Tyjerrel, Alfonza Carter, Olivia, Malik and Malaysia Anderson. He also leaves a host of cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family.
