Lois Faye (Eason) Tolbert of Benton, AR made her peaceful transition from her earthly life to her eternal home in Heaven on April 20, 2024 after a lengthy illness. On February 18, 1935, in a rural community known as Cubie in Arkansas County, AR, John A. and Mary (Watkins) Eason brought Lois into the loving family of 13 other siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Homer Tolbert; siblings; nieces and nephews.

On August 30, 1953, Lois married the love of her life, Homer Tolbert. She was a member of Temple Missionary Baptist Church of Benton. Lois loved the Lord, family and enjoyment of sewing. She opened her own alteration business and spent 40 years in Stuttgart and Benton doing alterations. Everyone who had the privilege to join her in her sewing room to get an alteration, also received a blessing of experiencing her laughter and a funny story she had to tell.

She leaves behind to share her memories and legacy to her daughter, Diane Tolbert of Benton, AR and her many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at Forks LaGrue Cemetery with Bro. David Harris officiating. A visitation time will be at 1:00 P.M. prior to the service. Services provided by Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home (501-315-0700.
