Eddie Dwayne Still, age 64, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, April 10, 2024 in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

He was born to Guy Wayne and Joyce (Jones) Still on July 29, 1959 in Harrison, AR. Eddie grew up on the family farm in Yellville and attended school at Yellville-Summit. He began his working career in high school at the Dari Inn and later worked at Ranger Boats. After graduation, he moved to Kansas City to work for the Sante Fe Railroad. Eddie married and had one child, (Amanda). They moved to Oklahoma City, OK so he could begin his career as an elevator mechanic and eventually ended up working in Little Rock, AR. Eddie retired and moved back home to Yellville to be near his family. He was an avid sports fan throughout his life, but he especially loved racing and the Arkansas Razorbacks. He loved to cook/grill and was always trying new recipes. When he was younger, Eddie loved to hunt and fish with his Dad and his hunting buddies at Dugginsville, MO.

Eddie is survived by a daughter, Amanda Still of Mountain Home; a sister, Alesia (Dude) Owen of Yellville, AR; his nephews, Will (Amber) Allen of Mountain Home, Robby (Myranda) Owen of Yellville; his dear friends, Julie Orender of Montgomery, AL and Steve (Rhonda) Hoover of Yellville; his brothers, Randy (Terrie) Shipman of Clinton, MO, Virgil (Suzanne) Shipman, Gweldon (Carla) Shipman all of Yellville, AR; his niece, Jennifer (Craig) LaPointe; along with many other nieces and nephews.
Eddie is preceded in death by his parents, Guy Wayne and Joyce (Jones) Still and grandparents, David and Martha (Camp) Still and Lonnie and Hannah (Schoonover-Mears) Jones.

Visitation will be at Roller-Burns Funeral Home from 12 to 2 pm, with the funeral service to follow at 2 pm with Curly Johnson officiating with interment to follow at the Cowan Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Steve Hoover, Cody Wagoner, Will Allen, Robby Owen, Ty Huskey and Doyle Hall.
