Jerry L. Frazier, 88, of Vilonia, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on March 9, 2024. He was born October 4, 1935 in Vilonia, Arkansas to Thomas J. and Ida Mae Frazier.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Shirley J. Frazier and his son-in-law, Henry Hall. Also preceding him in death were his siblings, Cordell Frazier, Luciel Wharton, Beulah Patrick, Cloyce Frazier and Ardell Frazier.
Jerry proudly served in the United States Army as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division. After leaving the army, he worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a mail carrier until he retired. He loved his farm and spent many years raising Quarter Horses and mules. Jerry also spent many summers with his children and grandchildren in the garden.
He loved traveling and seeing new places, with a special love for the Smoky Mountains in western North Carolina. He visited 49 of the 50 United States in his years of traveling.
Jerry was a Godly man who leaves behind a legacy with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as many other lives he touched over the years.
Jerry is survived by his daughters, Robbie Wright (Jamey) of Lee's Summit, Mo. and Terry Hall of Damascus, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Gage Popham, Haylee O'Kelley (Chad), Branson Hall, Rachel Hall, Tresse Glover (Josh), Katie Frazier (Britton) and Alexis Hall and his great-grandchildren, Landree, Lawson, Mary Grace, Hudson, Ballard, Wyatt, Declan, Emma, Finley, Caroline, Olivia, Avery, Georgia, Molly and Cassie. Also left to cherish his memory are his special nieces, Brenda Williams and Rhonda Mitchell and a host of other relatives and friends.
There will be a visitation from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 15, 2024 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway followed by burial at Cypress Valley Cemetery in Vilonia, Arkansas.
