John Marvin Ham of Bassett, AR passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2024. He was born in Joiner, Arkansas on June 16, 1940 to Earl Lee Ham and Mary Davidson Hathcock. John owned and operated John Ham Roofing Company for many years. He enjoyed collecting many different things, roofing and working in his yard. John is survived by his three loving daughters, Rhonda Barnette (Scott Jennings) of Southaven, MS, Belinda Clark of Old Towne, FL, Victoria Ham of Burlington, IA; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three sisters, Martha Ashley (Jimmy Mann) of Bassett, AR, Mary Louise Hathcock of Bassett, AR, Peggy (Bill) Meyer of Festus, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, John Dewayne Ham and several brothers and sisters. A Life Celebration will be held at Roller-Swift Funeral Home on Thursday, February 1, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
