Bobby G. Newsom, 85, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away Monday, January 8, 2024. He was born on February 21, 1938 in Mena, Arkansas to Claud and Sally Newsom.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Barbara J. Newsom; sons, Kenny Newsom (Beverly) and Robert Newsom (Kim); daughter, Becky Nichols (Rusty); grandchildren, Zachery Newsom, Delanie Newsom, Ryan Newsom (Keeley), Shelby Thornton (Quinton) and Brianna Nichols and great-grandchildren, Wyatt Newsom, Hudson Newsom and Stetson Thornton.

Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, Claud and Sally Newsom and sister, Dorothy Markham (Tommy).

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, January 24th at 12:00 PM at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
