Danny May, 71, of Marianna, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2023 in Forrest City, Arkansas. He was born October 6, 1951 to Robert May and Ruby Stevenson May in Hayti, Missouri.

He is survived by his wife, Angela May of the home; four sons, Jackson May of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Preston Lane of Marianna, Arkansas, Chandler Delk of Little Rock, Arkansas and Zach Delk of West Helena, Arkansas; one daughter, Danielle Harris (Zack) of Wynne, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Baldwin Delk and Liam Delk; two brothers, Bobby May of Forrest City, Arkansas, Roger May (Penne) of Horseshoe Lake, Arkansas; one sister, Robin Matthews of Hot Springs, Arkansas and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Danny loved hunting, playing golf, shooting and collecting guns, except for the time he shot his finger off.

Pallbearers will be Robert Wooten, Jimmy Goodson, Patrick Carter, Adam Bearden, David Gerrard and Sherman Holloway. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Wilson Sr., Spencer May Jr. and Danny Walker.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in Marianna, Arkansas. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services.
