Jackie Ann Jobe Porter, age 82, of Glen Rose, Arkansas passed away Monday, October 2, 2023 at UAMS in Little Rock, AR. She was born on April 21, 1941 in Enola, Arkansas to WA "Woody" Jobe and Reba Grimes Jobe.

Jackie was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Tom Porter; her parents and one brother, Jerry Jobe. She is survived by her son, Jeff (Tammy) Porter; her daughter, Donna Porter all of Glen Rose. Three grandchildren, Tara Dorminy of Rogers, Arkansas, Brad (Cami) Porter and Kyle (Sydney) Porter all of Little Rock and two great-grandchildren, Hadley and Jackson Dorminy of Rogers, Arkansas. She is also survived by two brothers, David (Sharon) Jobe of Fort Worth, Texas and Harry (Karen) Jobe of East End and many nieces, nephews and relatives.

Jackie was beautiful inside and out. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister, who loved unconditionally and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff at the UAMS Infusion Center and Myeloma Institute of Research and Therapy.

A graveside service will be held at Forest Hills Memorial Park (10200 AR-5, Alexander, AR 72002) on October 9, 2023 at 1PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the UAMS Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute or the UAMS Myeloma Institute of Research and Therapy.
