Kenneth Wayne Stafford was born to Bill Wayne and Betty Branch Stafford on March 25, 1956 in Memphis, TN.
Ken was raised in West Memphis, AR. He was a member of Ingram Boulevard Baptist Church, now known as Grace Baptist Church. He attended and graduated from West Memphis Sr. High. He was very involved in school groups and sports and was well liked by his classmates. He enrolled at ASU in Jonesboro as a political science major and accounting double major. He was a brother of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. After several years at ASU, he decided to join the United States Airforce.
When Ken got sick, he lived in many group homes due to his illness for the most part of his life, until lately he had to be placed in the Springs of Avalon in West Memphis.
Ken was a loving son to his mother, Betty B. Stafford; a brother to his sister, Gina Stafford Bailey; an uncle to Courtney Elizabeth Bailey and Caitlyn Bailey Burks (Madison Burks); a great-uncle to Mason Wayne Burks and Savannah Lynne Burks; and a nephew to his only living aunt, Annette Stafford Ward.
He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Wayne Stafford. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Pauline Simmons and Charles E. Woodward and Willie Elizabeth and Buster Stafford both from Augusta, Arkansas.

A graveside service for Ken will be held at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas, on Saturday, October 7, 2023. The service will begin at 12:00 PM.
